RCF traveled to Bangkok, Thailand for our 2nd annual visit from November 22nd till the 26th. With the help of Khunying Supinda and Ilya Smirnoff from the NGO Childline, we were able to meet with different child protection services in central Bangkok. A visit was made to the Children’s ward of the Siriraj Hospital and 2 different Children’s homes, Baan Dek Chai Bhumivech and Baan Dek Ying Tanyaphon, where we were able to meet with representatives and donate toys.

RCF developed an alliance with the Vice Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, Mr. Suradej Chayakasetrin. We agreed in principle to initiate future projects related to Children’s Rights in some of the poorest regions of Bangkok.
