Thus, the objective to assure all children with quality education, a universal right, was achieved. Nevertheless, this campaign is just one of the many projects that the Rottkamp Charitable Foundation supports, monitoring and promoting the educational development of these students, thus improving their living conditions and progressively eradicating their need to work on the streets.
With the help of the Office of Children’s Rights in the City Hall of Independencia RCF organized the delivery of 100 backpacks to needy students.
Once again, we accomplished our mission, which is to bring backpacks full of school supplies to 200 children, 100 of them working children. It is only because of their poverty that they sacrifice their childhoods, to work on the streets of Peru, selling products in northern Lima.
The Rottkamp Charitable Foundation, with it’s Office of International Cooperation in New York, United States of America, initiated a crusade of Solidarity, calling their friends and kindhearted people with supportive spirit, to provide funds to purchase backpacks full of school supplies for 200 children in northern Lima, Peru.
Aldo Carbone, Doctor John Rottkamp, President of Rottkamp Charitable Foundation and Donald Rottkamp, managed to collect the funds to carry out this supportive campaign, promoting a better education for these children burdened by diverse social problems.
