We held a heartfelt community event with the ground handling (ramp) workers at the Barranquilla airport, men and women whose daily efforts keep the operation moving and whose lives are deeply rooted in some of the most vulnerable neighborhoods of the city. This initiative was created from a genuine desire to give back, to stand beside those who give so much every day, often quietly and without recognition.
Through this activity, 120 families were supported with the delivery of 120 food packages containing essential items from the basic family food basket. For many households, these supplies represented more than food—they were a reminder that they are seen, valued, and not alone.
Beyond the distribution itself, this event became a space for connection, gratitude, and shared humanity. It allowed us to listen to their stories, acknowledge their hard work, and honor the dignity of each family. Every package delivered carried a message of hope, solidarity, and compassion.
This experience reaffirmed our belief that true impact is not only measured in numbers, but in the lives we touch and the bonds we build. When we come together as a community, we have the power to uplift, support, and create meaningful change—one family at a time.
